Product description

This is a terrific group of trilobites from the Czech Republic. They are Colpocoryphe bohemica trilobites, and date from the Middle Ordovician, 460 million years old.
They were discovered in Rokycany, Czech Republic.
Trilobites were bottom dwelling sea creatures, lying in wait for prey in the mud on the sea floor.
They are distant ancestors of the modern Horseshoe Crab.
 
This is a fantastic and rare group of trilobites.
