Product description

This is a partial jaw, with two teeth in situ, from Leptomeryx evansi, a small deer from the Oligocene, 25 million years old.
It was discovered in the Brule Formation, Sioux County, Nebraska, USA.
These small deer  existed for 13 million years, from the Eocene and through the Oligocene.
The teeth have a beautiful tan colouration, and are in great condition.
Very collectable.
