This is an uncommon species of ammonite from the Early Cretaceous, 90m years ago. It was discovered in the Central High Atlas Mountaind of Morocco, and is known as Mamites.
It is free of the original matrix, and the shell is well preserved, with the large horns clearly visible.
 
This makes for a terrific display piece, or a worthwhile addition to a marine fossil collection.
