Hypselosaurus Egg Shell
Product description
Hypselosaurus (meaning 'highest lizard') was a 27-foot (8.2 m) long Titanosaurid sauropod, that lived in European countries, such as Romania, France, and Spain during the Late Cretaceous Period around 70 to 65 million years ago.
Its legs were unusually thick, but were one quarter of the size of those of other titanosaurids. It also laid unusually large eggs; they have been measured at around 1-foot (0.30 m) in length.
These two small egg shell pieces are from Bouches de Rhone, France.
Great for the Dinosaur enthusiast.
