Age: Triassic (245m to 208m years old)
Fossil site: Giizhou Province, China
Description: Keichousaurus was an early reptile that lived during the Triassic period. They were small, about 6-12 inches, with a long neck and tail. Although they had sturdy legs, they may well have lived in water.
They appear to have originated in China, but later migrated to Europe via the Tethys Sea.
Fantastic preservation, and a huge opportunity to own a complete fossilised reptile from so long ago
