Product description
A part of the outer surface of the trunk of Lepidodendron, a tree-like plant that flourished during the Carboniferous Period, 354m to 290m years ago.
Lepidodendron is related to Lycopsids, and it had tall thick trunks, rarely branching, topped with a crown of leaves.
This is a really nice plant fossil from, Poland, Eastern Europe.
