Positive/negative images of the head of a Vinctifer Fish from the Santana Formation, Ceara, Brasil.
Vinctifer Fish lived from the Jurassic 160 m years ago until the end of the Cretaceous, 65 m years ago.
They had long rectangular scales running down the body, and torpedo-like bodies, made for swift hunting, much like the modern day Barracuda.
 
An unusual piece, and a great talking point.
