Here is a Late Pleistocene, Ice Age primitive sheep jaw with teeth, dating from 30,000 to 12,000 years ago. It was discovered in the Devensian Glaciation deposits, river Maas area, Holland.
Sheep were domesticated by early man, and they have provided food and clothing for countless generations since.
A very good Ice Age specimen.
