Fantastically preserved Scaphite Ammonite from South Dakota, USA. It dates from the Cretaceous Period, and is 100 million years old.
Most untypically there is wonderful preservation of the nacre, which is irridescent, and pink in colouration.
This is an outstanding specimen, and not to be missed.
