Theropod Dinosaur Track
Product description
A well defined Theropod Dinosaur Track from Europe, dating from the Cretaceous, 145m to 65m years ago.
Theropods were carniverous Dinosaurs, and their tracks are often found alongside those of their prey, presumably left as an imprint in the mud during the chase.
Theropods, meaning "Beast-footed", were fast moving, two legged Dinosaurs with grasping clawed hands. Theropods include such well known species as T Rex and Velociraptor.
This track would make a great addition to a collection, or, framed, a fantastic talking point in the home.
