An anatomically correct scale model of this well known dinosaur, featuring in the Jurassic Park movies. Velociraptor actually means "swift seizer", and they lived during the latter part of the Cretaceous Period, 75m to 71m years ago.
They were a genus of Dromaeosaurid theropod dinosaur, and were actually turkey sized, and feathered.
They had an enlarged sickel shaped claw on each hind foot.
 
This is a fantastic sculpture, produced in resin, of the skull of this famous dinosaur, in half scale.
