Peter Heaton is the owner of Fine Fossils, and he has had the same passion for exquisite and amazing fossils from earths remote and distant past since he was a child.

It is wonderful to be able to offer people the opportunity to own these incredible pieces of natural art, which, in most cases, it would be impossible to touch or hold, as they are usually found only in museums.

Peter started collecting fossils from a very early age, and he has many contacts throughout the world. He is responsible for the acquisition of the fossils, and he scours the globe for the very best pieces.
Peter has also worked on fossil digs, including the famous Hell Creek site in Dakota, USA, where many of the most famous dinosaur skeletons ever found have been discovered.

Many pieces are prepared in our studio, including framing and mounting of the pieces to customer request. We are happy to discuss your exact requirements in detail.
