A spectacular Ceratarges Trilobite of the order Lichida, discovered in Oufatene, Morocco. It dates from the Devonian Period, 360 million years old. The eyes are on long stalks, and it probably lay in the mud on the sea floor with just its eyes protruding in order to catch prey, and protect itself from possible predators.
